Dixie, based in London, specialises in senior appointments within the pharmaceutical quality assurance sector. She works with clients ranging from multinational pharmaceutical companies to innovative biotech firms. With a keen focus on roles such as Qualified Persons, Heads of QA/QC, and Directors, Dixie is dedicated to finding high-caliber candidates to meet the growing demand for specialized talent in the QA space. Since joining BioTalent in January 2021, she has built strong relationships with both clients and candidates. 

Outside of work, Dixie enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending music festivals, and supporting Chelsea FC. A fun fact: she once broke her femur, the largest bone in the human body!
