As Head of BioTalent’s Miami office, Elizabeth leads a team of recruiters specializing in the pharma services sector. With expertise in medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, and digital pharma, she places talent in both permanent and freelance roles across a wide range of functions, from creative to corporate. Elizabeth joined BioTalent in 2018 and brings extensive experience in recruitment within the life sciences industry. She is passionate about staying ahead of industry trends, particularly those in personalized medicine, AI, and digital health.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys learning Spanish, spending time at the beach, and indulging in culinary adventures. A fun fact: she used to play full-contact women's rugby!
