As a key member of BioTalent’s Global Key Accounts and Delivery team, Natasha leads across all verticals within the Life Sciences industry. She specialises in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Sterility Assurance, working with top-tier clients such as Baxter, Lonza, and WuXi. Natasha’s role involves supporting companies across various sectors with the recruitment of senior QA and QC professionals, including Sterility Assurance Managers, Quality Directors, and Head of Quality.

Natasha joined BioTalent in August 2018, bringing a background in Chemistry and a passion for staying close to science while avoiding the lab. She’s proud to work in a field where she can make a direct impact by helping businesses find the right talent to drive their success.

Outside of work, Natasha is a lover of singing, ballet dancing, swimming, hiking, and surfing. She also has a beautiful cat who’s a regular source of joy. When she was younger, Natasha dreamed of becoming a ballet dancer, though at 6ft tall, that dream didn’t quite take off. Still, she’s found a fulfilling career in recruitment, helping to shape the future of life sciences.
