He has recruited within Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and now PV/Drug safety, where he focuses on the freelance/contract/consultant workforce. He is incredibly well networked, enabling him to appoint PV/Safety specialists, managers, Physicians, and Directors at the VP level.
