​Eddie Emery heads BioTalent's contract workforce solutions on the West Coast, focusing on Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering positions for medical device and diagnostic companies.

His expertise spans a range of contract roles, from one-off positions to large-scale contingent workforce builds and payroll solutions. Eddie entered recruitment after meeting someone on a recreational kickball team who introduced him to the industry.

He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two sons, as well as playing music, cooking, watching sports, and playing golf. Fun fact: Eddie played jazz trombone for 20 years before transitioning to recruitment. He joined BioTalent in October 2024 and values building long-term relationships with hiring managers.
