Based in New York, Chloe works with biotechnology, CRO, and pharmaceutical companies to help them recruit for a variety of roles, including CRAs, CTMs, Medical Monitors, and Regulatory Affairs Consultants.

With over a decade of experience in recruitment, Chloe’s expertise lies in sourcing and delivering highly skilled contractors within tight timelines. Her personalised approach ensures that consultants align with her clients' project needs and budget. After moving to the US in 2018, Chloe has focused on connecting professionals with leading pharmaceutical and biotech organisations.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys exploring New York with her dog Monty and indulging in frozen margaritas and nachos at her favourite Mexican restaurant. Fun fact: Chloe once skydived over the ocean in Australia!
