Nicholas is BioTalent’s Global Managing Director for Contract, where he drives strategic growth and supports the day-to-day running of the contract business. With over a decade of experience in pharmacovigilance, he has expanded his expertise to lead teams across various parts of the product lifecycle. Nicholas thrives on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions.

When he’s not working, Nicholas is spending time with family, playing football, or running. He’s also lived in four different countries and speaks ‘intermediate’ Spanish with a Scottish twist.
