Kinali Patel leads BioTalent’s legal and compliance operations globally, ensuring the company maintains ethical and legal standards. With a background in law and regulatory compliance, Kinali’s expertise lies in managing risk and supporting recruitment practices within the life sciences sector.

She started her career as a Legal Advisor at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) before transitioning to in-house legal roles. Kinali enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as going for coffee walks and dinners. Fun fact: She once steamed and pressed suits for Idris Elba and David Beckham before a red carpet event.
