​Kinali works within our core functions team, heading up legal and compliance globally for BioTalent. She completed her LLB from the University of Birmingham, and then went on to complete her LPC before going in-house in the recruitment industry. Kinali advises and assists the team on legal and compliance challenges, whilst implementing effective strategies and processes for the wider business to facilitate BioTalent’s growth.
