​Based in our London office, Sunnie Morley specialises in contract recruitment across the United States, bringing a keen eye for talent and a passion for connecting top-tier candidates with exceptional opportunities. Since joining BioTalent in October 2024, Sunnie has honed her expertise in account management, working across all verticals to deliver tailored solutions for clients and candidates alike. With a background in medical anthropology, Sunnie combines academic insight with industry knowledge to navigate the dynamic world of life sciences recruitment. While relatively new to the sector, she’s already noted its upward trajectory post-COVID and is excited to contribute to its continued growth.

Outside of work, Sunnie enjoys a good challenge - whether it’s parrying ops in Dark Souls or knitting at speeds that could rival a machine. As a child, she dreamed of becoming the Supreme Ruler of the Universe, and while that goal has shifted slightly, her ambition and drive remain unparalleled.
