​Arne supports BioTalent’s client solutions across Switzerland and Europe, offering transversal expertise in scientific, strategic development, and QA & compliance roles. With an MSc in Biochemistry and Biotechnology, and in-house experience building clinical development teams, Arne brings a unique perspective to his role. He also spent two years on a vaccine manufacturing site, adding practical knowledge of engineering and compliance to his skill set.

Arne joined BioTalent in October 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in recruitment. His journey into life sciences recruitment was somewhat accidental, but he’s now passionate about working with people to help life sciences companies thrive. He believes the future of the industry lies in the increasing use of AI and machine learning, particularly in data-driven decision-making.

Outside of work, Arne is an avid triathlete, snowboarding enthusiast, and enjoys multi-day hikes during the summer. A fun fact? His uncle owns the largest ostrich farm in Europe. As a child, Arne dreamed of becoming a professional football player, but now he’s found a rewarding career in recruitment, helping shape the future of the life sciences industry.
