​Yasin is part of BioTalent’s Strategic Development team, focusing on drug discovery, pre-clinical, and translational development. He also contributes to the Race in STEM community, aiming to support underrepresented groups across STEM and make a lasting impact on the industry. Since joining BioTalent in September 2023, Yasin has specialized in placing senior roles in the Psychiatry, Neurology, and Immunology-Innovation spaces.

Yasin’s background includes time at UCL, where he worked in their Cognitive Neuroscience Division. His passion for life sciences recruitment stems from a desire to make a difference in the pharmaceutical industry, helping to support professionals who are already making a tangible impact on patients’ lives.

Outside of work, Yasin is an avid West Ham United fan and enjoys playing and watching football. He’s also proud to say that he once saved a life—literally.

As a child, Yasin dreamed of becoming either a footballer or a doctor, and while he may not have followed either path, his current role in life sciences recruitment allows him to contribute to meaningful progress in healthcare.
