​Haider is a Consultant in BioTalent’s EU Contract team, focusing on the Quality & Validation market across Europe and the UK. He works with leading companies like Lonza, Johnson & Johnson, and AstraZeneca, helping them find top talent for roles such as QP, QA Consultants, and Validation Managers. Haider’s entry into life sciences recruitment came after he graduated with a Finance degree but was drawn to the fascinating world of life sciences. He enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Haider is a car enthusiast, having started his own private number plate business at 17. His current garage includes a BMW M4 and a Mercedes A-Class AMG. He’s also working on building a property portfolio and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
