​Based in New York, Jess leads BioTalent’s Computational, AI, and ML division. With deep expertise in machine learning, data science, computational biology, and computational chemistry, she connects top-tier talent to leading companies in the biotech, pharma, and life sciences industries. Jess specializes in sourcing candidates for roles in AI, machine learning, bioinformatics, and cheminformatics, helping drive innovation in drug discovery and other ground-breaking biotech advancements. Since joining BioTalent in October 2024, she has brought over 7 years of experience in life sciences recruitment, including her previous focus on early-stage drug discovery in London.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her dachshund, Jurgen, vacationing at the beach, and experimenting with new recipes. A fun fact: she’s working on writing a children’s book in her spare time!
