Fahad Sheikh

​Based in our London office, Fahad Sheikh is a Principal Consultant specialising in contract recruitment across Europe, with a focus on Engineering, CAPEX, and Manufacturing. Since joining BioTalent in January 2025, Fahad has been dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies, helping to drive innovation in the life sciences sector.

With a strong understanding of the industry’s evolving landscape, Fahad has seen firsthand the increasing demand for skilled professionals, fuelled by continuous investment in pharma and biotech. He specialises in hiring for key roles such as Engineers, CAPEX Project Managers, Validation Engineers, and CQV Engineers, ensuring businesses have the expertise they need to thrive.

Outside of recruitment, Fahad is an avid hiker, finding balance in nature and embracing the outdoors as a way to recharge. A passionate traveller, he once spent weeks in Peru immersing himself in ancient spiritual practices—including meditating at the foot of Machu Picchu and participating in traditional ceremonies with local shamans. While he once aspired to be a lawyer, he’s found his true calling in helping people build rewarding careers in life sciences.
