Christina is a Principal Recruitment Consultant at BioTalent, specialising in R&D recruitment within the biotech and biopharma sectors. Based in London, she focuses on sourcing top talent for early R&D, drug discovery, and drug development, with a particular emphasis on biologics and cell and gene therapy. Christina works across Europe, connecting innovative companies with skilled professionals who are advancing scientific research.

After completing a BSc in Biological Sciences, Christina discovered her passion for recruitment, realising she could still contribute to the scientific field while helping to place talent in key roles.

Outside of work, Christina is an avid reader and loves to travel abroad at least once a month. Fun fact: she once went snowboarding in Siberia!
