BioTalent has teamed up with a Pharmaceutical leader in their search for a Country Sales Manager to lead business operations across the UK & Ireland. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of their market presence, deliver strategic sales growth, and build strong customer relationships.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Drive market growth and expand business opportunities in the UK and Ireland.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage tenders, contracts, and ensure business compliance.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

 

You will bring the following:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role (Country Manager, National Sales Manager) within the pharmaceutical sector / senior sales role with a pharmaceutical product portfolio
  • Strong knowledge of and established UK network and experience of dealing with the NHS
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and drive team performance while achieving business targets.
