Our client is an award-winning creative agency specializing in the design and development of custom adult learning solutions, primarily for the life sciences industry. They offer a wide range of bespoke training solutions from Virtual Training, Gamification, Live Training Events, Learning Resources, Digital Platforms, and AI coaching.
We are on the lookout for a well-rounded instructional designer to lead the development and implementation of innovative learning solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing the creation of engaging content, effective graphics, and the integration of cutting-edge technology.
This person will be a key contributor in developing and evolving training offerings, aligning them with client needs during the business development phase, and collaborating with internal teams to implement effective creative processes that incorporate media and learning technologies!

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPLP) a plus
- 7-10 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in a Learning and Development agency or similar environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Authoritative yet approachable leadership presence
