Scientific Account Manager 

This full-time, field-based role focuses on promoting and providing services for a range of pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities include managing major accounts, developing and executing business plans within a defined territory based on specific KPIs, and organizing and participating in local events.

The Scientific Account Manager will also deliver top-tier customer service, analyse data to track treatment trends and unmet medical needs, and support business development in the local market.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Languages: Native-level German and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Education: Degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in scientific key account management and promoting specialty pharmaceuticals to hospitals and healthcare providers (doctors and pharmacists)
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills for business planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Self-starter, able to work independently
  • Skilled at networking and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
