- Provide guidance to external suppliers using science- and risk-based methods to ensure sustainable product quality during transfers. Focus on product and technical stewardship for key molecules.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) to maintain oversight and knowledge of the entire manufacturing process during the transfer with external suppliers.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process and key influencing factors (e.g., CQAs, CMAs, and CPPs) to guarantee product quality and process robustness at the commercialization site.
- Analyze product-specific manufacturing data from APQRs and other relevant sources, and confirm the state of control.
- Evaluate the impact of technical changes, assess their feasibility, and determine the scope and design of technical batches, while challenging the technical risks and business benefits of proposed changes.
Requirements
- Strong background within Tech Transfer projects
- 8-10 years of Tech Transfer experience
- Strong understanding of Quality/Validation
- Right to work in EU
