We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to oversee the IOL portfolio, including the PCIOL Accelerator Program, while managing consignment. This role is ideal for a sales-focused individual who thrives on challenges, builds relationships from the ground up, and excels in delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support hospital accounts, demonstrating expertise in the entire IOL portfolio and highlighting product advantages over competitors through technical consultancy.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Pricing, and Tender teams to deliver tailored solutions, bundles, and EFAs to customers.
- Work with Customer Operations to manage consignment processes and utilize MyAlcon360 where applicable.
- Drive private sector activities, including increasing PCIOL revenue and penetration rates and managing Mono/Toric IOLs. Oversee public sector initiatives such as tender requirements, monofocal IOLs, and Toric IOL solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities to meet sales goals and expand the customer base.
- Strengthen relationships with existing key customers while ensuring optimal management of current business.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Uphold and promote an excellent company image.

Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles within surgical or similar industries.
