Biotalent is in partnership with a leading Biotech firm in London, dedicated to the development of biomolecules targeting cancer. They are in search of a Senior Research Assistant whose primary role will be to conduct immunoassays such as ELISA and ECLIA for PK/PD and ADA studies, as well as cell-based assays including cytotoxicity assays.

Role Responsibilities:

• In this capacity, you will be tasked with executing immunoassays and cell-based assays (ELISA/ECLIA/ELISPOT/Flow cytometry/Cytotoxicity/Screening assays).

• You will be responsible for documenting experimental data in the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) and the in-house database.

• You will collaborate with other departments within the company.

• You will assist with everyday laboratory operations and promote ongoing improvement.

Role Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Immunology, Cancer Sciences, Biological Sciences, Cell Biology, or related fields.

• A minimum of one year of experience in an industrial environment (GLP, GMP, or R&D) conducting ELISA and/or Cell-Based Assays on large molecules (proteins, antibodies, ADCs, monoclonal antibodies, bispecific molecules etc.).

• A good understanding of PK/PD, Immunogenicity, and/or biomarker studies.
