Sales & Product Manager Role
Overview:
As a Sales & Product Manager, you will oversee and drive the growth and strategic direction of our product portfolio, focusing primarily on nutrition pumps and related consumables. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and fostering strong customer relationships. Key
Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the development of the product portfolio, with a focus on nutrition pumps and consumables.
• Create accurate sales forecasts and budget plans as part of the overall planning process.
• Develop and implement effective sales, pricing, and marketing strategies to position products optimally in the market, considering target margins and market needs.
• Analyze sales performance, conduct market research, and monitor competitors to develop appropriate segmentation strategies.
• Design and execute creative campaigns and comprehensive marketing plans.
• Lead customer projects, organize training sessions, symposiums, and workshops, and represent the company at conferences and industry events.
• Collaborate with the sales team on sales initiatives and support customer negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, associations, and institutions, representing the company at events and congresses.
• Work closely with Supply Chain Management and Regulatory Affairs to ensure product availability and handle customer feedback or complaints.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in field sales or in a cross-functional role between sales and marketing within the MedTech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong expertise in life cycle management, budget planning, and cost management.
• Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a similar field.
• Dynamic and collaborative marketing and sales professional with a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, English, and French (Italian is a plus).
