Our client is an award-winning creative agency specializing in the design and development of custom adult learning solutions, primarily for the life sciences industry. They offer a wide range of bespoke training solutions from Virtual Training, Gamification, Live Training Events, Learning Resources, Digital Platforms, and AI coaching.

We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Project Manager to lead a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline and within budget to uphold business initiatives. This includes working with project team members from existing departments/freelance networks and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines. 

This person will be a key contributor in the delivery phase to ensure that client expectations are met, relationships are maintained, processes are followed, and support team members are managed so that each project is flawlessly executed to ensure future business opportunities. The PM keeps in constant communication with the Account Manager (AM) to ensure they know the status of projects and accounts as a whole. 

Qualifications: 
• 5-year minimum experience in pharmaceutical or life science industry as a project manager, or similar capacity
• Previous eLearning and/or training workshop experience
• Advanced PC skills with MSWord, PowerPoint, and associated Project Management tools
• Experience with submission platforms and understanding of the pharmaceutical content review process 
• Functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at an appropriate level of accomplishment
