They are looking for a Freelance Content Writer (Oncology) to help develop compelling, educational, and engaging training materials. Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality content for sales training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to pharmaceutical sales teams.
- Research and translate complex industry concepts into engaging, digestible, and actionable learning materials.
- Create a variety of content, including sales playbooks, case studies, training scripts, facilitator guides, and interactive workbooks.
- Ensure all content is strategic, practical, and aligned with industry regulations, sales methodologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and sales leaders to refine and enhance content effectiveness.
- Adapt tone, style, and messaging to resonate with pharmaceutical sales professionals at various levels of experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in content writing, instructional design, or corporate training—preferably within pharma, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales, commercialization strategies, and HCP engagement.
- Experience writing for B2B audiences and sales professionals.
- Ability to take technical or scientific information and present it in a clear, engaging, and practical manner.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working on a freelance, project-based basis with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
