Job description
Company Overview:
Our client is an independent AI tech marketing company specializing in pharmaceutical commercialization, with a strong focus on HCP engagement. They provide a suite of innovative solutions, from Peer-to-Peer programs and Physician Data to AI/ML-driven targeting strategies.
As they continue expanding their footprint across the top 20 pharma companies, they are looking for a Client Success Manager to play a key role in strengthening and expanding key accounts. If you're a proactive relationship builder who thrives in strategic account growth, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position Description:
This role goes beyond traditional account maintenance—we’re looking for a hunter-farmer hybrid who can not only manage existing client relationships but also expand and grow accounts across brands and business units. You will act as a strategic partner, working closely with pharma clients to maximize the value of their engagement programs.
As a Client Success Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for account expansion both horizontally (within brand) and vertically (across brands).
- Operate independently, serving as a trusted advisor who can get on-site with clients regularly to strengthen partnerships.
- Drive renewals and upsells, ensuring that clients continue to see the value in AI-powered engagement solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, implementation, and strategy) to deliver seamless execution and ongoing support.
- Potentially lead a Client Success “pod,” overseeing a portfolio of pharma clients while working alongside shared CS and implementation team members.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or consulting within pharma, life sciences, or healthcare technology.
- Proven ability to grow and expand enterprise-level accounts—this role is about deepening relationships, not just maintaining them.
- Comfortable operating independently and getting in front of clients on-site to drive strategic discussions.
- A natural problem solver and relationship builder who can navigate complex organizations and uncover new opportunities.
- Experience working with pharma brand teams, marketing teams, and/or AORs is highly preferred.
