Project Controls Manager
Location: Beerse – Geel, Belgium (Hybrid)

Role Overview

My client are looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to support ongoing and upcoming capital projects with a pharmaceutical client across Geel & Beerse.

The role involves expertise in project controls, with a focus  on scheduling and cost management. Candidates must be local to Belgium or willing to travel on a hybrid basis.

Fluency in Dutch, Flemish, French and English is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Oversee cost control and budgeting for large-scale pharmaceutical projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project plans and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Perform risk analysis and scenario planning to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project controls, cost engineering, or scheduling within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and cost scheduling.
• Fluent in English (Dutch, Flemish, or French is an advantage).
• Experience working on large-scale capital projects.
• Ability to work on-site in a hybrid model (3 days per week in Beerse or Geel).
