Senior Project Manager – Pharma Advertising (Onsite in NYC, 3 Days/Week)

  • Project Oversight & Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel pharmaceutical advertising campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with account, creative, strategy, and production teams to drive seamless workflow, proactively identifying and resolving project roadblocks.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear project updates, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization & Compliance: Implement best practices in project management, adhering to pharma regulatory guidelines (e.g., MLR processes) and driving operational efficiency.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Oversee resource allocation, vendor coordination, and financial tracking to ensure projects stay within scope while maintaining high-quality output.
