Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the vision and roadmap for connected and integrated CMC Development labs.
• Act as the digital product owner for connectivity and data integration solutions.
• Manage deployment projects for laboratory connectivity and integration systems.
• Ensure compliance, trusted data availability, and the lifecycle management of digital solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive value-driven digital initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in Digital/Technology/IT, including leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, data acquisition systems, and interfaces.
• Knowledge of common laboratory technologies and data formats; automation experience is a plus.
• A proactive, independent approach with strong change management and problem-solving skills.
