Are you a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative leader looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to join our Internal Manufacturing team in Greater Brussels, Belgium.
About the Role
As the Digital Transformation Lead, you will drive our digital transformation initiatives within the Internal Manufacturing department. Your mission is to enhance operational efficiency, improve product quality, and integrate sustainable practices using cutting-edge digital technologies. You will design and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, embedding a digital-first culture across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-design and implement a digital roadmap aligned with Internal Manufacturing’s digital strategy.
- Champion digital innovation, gathering and prioritizing ideas while ensuring value realization and adoption.
- Lead the delivery of digital programs and projects within the department, ensuring effective governance and portfolio management.
- Promote collaboration and enhance communication across departments.
- Utilize real-time analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning) to transform manufacturing processes.
- Support change management and deliver training programs to foster a digitally empowered workforce.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Technology, Engineering, and Operations, as well as the Head of Digital for Internal Manufacturing and Patient Supply. Additionally, you will engage with digital suppliers and external professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital transformation within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Excellent project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive results.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
