Job Title: Global Supply Chain Business Systems Lead

Location: Remote- Switzerland

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract, Long-term

 

In this role, you will coordinate and support global supply chain activities, focusing on implementing and maintaining IT business systems, including ERP processes (e.g., purchase-to-pay, inventory management, supply planning, manufacturing, and order-to-cash). You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external system providers to ensure seamless execution and organizational readiness as we transition to commercial operations.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead global supply chain efforts for the successful implementation of the ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to support product commercialization.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for key supply chain processes, including procure-to-pay, supply planning, inventory management, manufacturing, logistics, and order-to-cash.

 

Who You Are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience implementing ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) within biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
  • You have a proven track record of enabling global ERP implementations in regulated environments.
  • You possess strong knowledge of supply chain and finance processes, including compliance considerations (e.g., SOX).
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to define business requirements and translate them into Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Draft user requirements, define and execute test cases, and validate process acceptance with implementation partners.
  • Provide training on new supply chain processes and functionalities.
  • Support computer software validation activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and SOX standards.
  • Establish and maintain master data governance for supply chain operations within a global framework.
  • Oversee and contribute to additional projects such as:
  • Product Serialization Systems
  • Data Information Solutions
  • Demand and Supply Planning Engines
  • Artwork Document Management Systems
