Job description

BioTalent are partnering with an innovative, temperature-controlled, logistical solutions company to find an ambitious Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic and growing Customer Services team.

 

This is an exciting opportunity with a company who are about to embark on exciting growth due to a growing sales pipeline giving you the opportunity to work with a growing network of life-science customers and clients.

 

Working shifts 8am-5pm and 10am-7pm

  • Exposure to senior upper management working closely with sales and cross-functionally to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

 

You will be responsible for

  • Managing and building strong relationships with key customers and clients answering calls and emails
  • Directing business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services and products
  • Working closely with the sales team - Sharing leads and further sales opportunities to help expand business with key clients
  • Understanding client tariffs and handle quotations/pricing requests/shipping queries
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Managing and processing sales orders and invoicing
  • Supervising and training more junior members within the team

 

You will bring the following

  • Experience within customer service logistics (air and road logistics within pharma is preferred)
  • Good computer skills, Word/Excel/PowerPoint essential
  • Great communication skills with strong self-motivation ability
  • Analytical thinking with good numeric/ financial ability
  • Available onsite 5 days a week working the shift hours above
