Part-Time Medical Manager (50-60%)!
Location: Germany with travel to the office on a monthly basis.

Our client is seeking a motivated and innovative Medical Manager (all genders) to join their dynamic Medical Affairs and Research team on a part-time basis (50-60%). Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams across Systems Medicine, Research, Medical Communication, Marketing, Sales, and more to align on strategies and initiatives.
- Take an active role in cross-functional team meetings to drive impactful projects forward.
- Provide expert medical-scientific support for our products, validating Medical Education and Marketing materials.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with external partners, opinion leaders, and advocates in the therapeutic field.
- Lead and manage thought leader groups, advisory boards, and expert panels to enhance product visibility and credibility.
- Represent the company at international scientific meetings, with professional societies, and in front of expert audiences.
- Organize, prepare, and lead focus groups, scientific advisory boards, and expert discussions.
- Develop comprehensive medical information packages, including cutting-edge digital and plain-language materials.
- Design and oversee clinical studies, analyse study data, and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Provide scientific support for ongoing clinical trials and facilitate the publication and dissemination of study results.
What You Bring to the Role:
- A university degree in Medicine.
- A minimum of three years of experience in Medical Affairs within the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably with a multinational or academic research background.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and the ability to bridge R&D and Marketing effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly and persuasively.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
