BioTalent has team up with a Biopharmaceutical leader in their search for a Head of Compliance based in Brussels, Belgium.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference, driving innovation and compliance in a cutting-edge environment in preparation for Biopharmaceutics production. You’ll lead a team, ensure regulatory standards are met, and work collaboratively to deliver breakthrough medicines that improve patients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the compliance team, continuously updating business processes to meet regulatory standards
• Oversee audits, project investigations, and ensure operational excellence
• Promote health, safety, and environmental practices in collaboration with HSE teams
• Lead training, onboarding, and offboarding processes for the compliance team
• Drive departmental goals that align with the company’s vision and operational excellence

What we’re looking for:

• A Master’s degree in a scientific technical area
• Experience within manufacturing (biotech/biomanufacturing)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to implement improvements
• Strong line management experience and team development skills
• Fluency in French and English
