Director of Business Development

Location: Fully remote (USA & Canada)

Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 (earnings in the $300k+ range) - Base salary TBC

 

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving new business and renewal opportunities in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, medical devices, diagnostics, and health plans to deliver exceptional results.

 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets across key areas - Ideally you have 15+ years experience selling in hospital / OR Settings.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of top-tier medical device and health systems talent, Ideally you've worked for a global well known med-device company like Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Stryker. (You specialize in having sold medical devices / capital equipment).
  • Leverage your own industry expertise / network to sell data and technology solutions to hospitals and health systems while overcoming non-compete challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen existing sales efforts and drive policy innovations that align with client needs.
