Account Supervisor – Market Access Agency

  • Serve as the primary client contact, leading day-to-day account management and ensuring the successful execution of market access initiatives, including patient support programs, reimbursement strategy, and affordability solutions.
  • Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry regulations while collaborating with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance on market access trends, payer landscapes, and healthcare policy changes to support client initiatives and brand positioning.
  • Lead the development of client presentations, reports, and marketing materials, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting professional development within the agency.
  • Must be based in the Northeast
