Key Account Manager (f/m/d) – Neurology

A growing, innovation-driven pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to join its commercial team, focusing on the German Speaking Swiss region.


Responsibilities:

  • Promote and support established and new products in the field, aligned with strategic sales and marketing objectives

  • Achieve defined sales targets (market share, revenue, call frequency, coverage) and report regularly to the regional sales lead

  • Visit and engage with key stakeholders in private practices, outpatient settings, and clinics

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders

  • Collaborate closely with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to support field activities

  • Conduct territory, competitor, and customer analyses, using tools such as segmentation and targeting to guide activity planning

  • Maintain up-to-date customer data and provide regular performance reporting

  • Participate in training, congresses, and internal meetings to ensure continuous development

  • Manage pricing discussions within company guidelines


Your Profile:

  • Certified pharmaceutical representative or academic background in pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the pharmaceutical industry

    Existing network in the CNS treatment landscape is highly desirable

  • Proven experience across outpatient and/or inpatient settings 

  • Strong collaboration experience with MSL teams

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a results-oriented sales approach

  • Highly self-motivated and goal-driven personality

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

  • Fluent German and good English skills

  • Willingness to travel and adapt in a dynamic environment
