Key Account Manager (f/m/d) – Neurology
A growing, innovation-driven pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to join its commercial team, focusing on the German Speaking Swiss region.
Responsibilities:

Promote and support established and new products in the field, aligned with strategic sales and marketing objectives

Achieve defined sales targets (market share, revenue, call frequency, coverage) and report regularly to the regional sales lead
-
Visit and engage with key stakeholders in private practices, outpatient settings, and clinics
-
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders
-
Collaborate closely with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to support field activities
-
Conduct territory, competitor, and customer analyses, using tools such as segmentation and targeting to guide activity planning

Maintain up-to-date customer data and provide regular performance reporting

Participate in training, congresses, and internal meetings to ensure continuous development

Manage pricing discussions within company guidelines
Your Profile:
-
Certified pharmaceutical representative or academic background in pharmacy, medicine, or life sciences
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the pharmaceutical industry
Existing network in the CNS treatment landscape is highly desirable -
Proven experience across outpatient and/or inpatient settings

Strong collaboration experience with MSL teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a results-oriented sales approach

Highly self-motivated and goal-driven personality

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Fluent German and good English skills

Willingness to travel and adapt in a dynamic environment
