Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager for my client. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, building customer relationships, providing training, overseeing sales management, and effectively communicating with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.

Day to Day activities:

  • Cold calling / Cold Emailing / Networking to create business opportunities within your defined territory
  • Pitching and winning new business and ensuring renewals of contracts with existing clients
  • Increasing adoption of additional products offered by the organization through upselling and account management
  • Working closely with the Clinical education team to close leads and potential deals.


Qualifications

  • 2+ Years Sales / Business Development Experience within Medical Device Sales
  • Located in Florida and are based near a major airport
  • Previous experience selling to hospitals and health systems
  • Experience selling products within an OR Setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Benefits:

  • Salary is Base $100,000 OTE (realistically for Y1) can be anywhere from $140,000 - $180,000, but this will increase Y2 onwards ($200K+)
