We are seeking highly motivated individuals to oversee and lead projects as Senior Scientist. These roles require providing direction and mentorship to junior team members while contributing to the organization’s growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, designing, and execution of experiments to optimize upstream processes, including analyzing and documenting data.

• Provide technical leadership in project innovation, overseeing bioreactor operations, monitoring processes for reliability, and troubleshooting equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with overseas colleagues on multiple projects, requiring international travel.
• Interpret experimental data independently, create reports, and present findings.
• Maintain awareness of scientific advancements and evaluate new technologies for potential application.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to achieve high performance in process development activities.
• Manage resource planning and project logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safe laboratory practices and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Academic background: Ph.D., Master’s, or Bachelor’s in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical/Biochemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Professional experience requirements (based on degree):
• Ph.D.: 1+ years
• Master’s: 3+ years
• Bachelor’s: 6+ years

Expertise in mammalian cell culture/fermentation, process development, scale-up, and tech transfer in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.

Proficiency in cGMP environments and design-of-experiment methods.

Strong skills in organization, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Familiarity with statistical DOE software (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Design Expert) and MS Office applications.
