Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the scheduling of 30+ plastic injection molding machines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal machine utilization.
• Collaborate with various departments to allocate resources, materials, equipment, and personnel for efficient production operations.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues or shortages that could disrupt production.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to maintain adequate supply for upcoming production schedules.
• Evaluate and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers, with proactive communication about any potential delays.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in planning and scheduling for plastic injection molding machines and workforce coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems, with specific knowledge of IQMS software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
