Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the scheduling of 10+ plastic injection molding machines to minimize downtime and optimize machine utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, materials, equipment, and personnel to maintain efficient production operations.
• Proactively address and mitigate potential production issues or material shortages.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure sufficient supply for scheduled production runs.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products and maintain clear communication about any potential delays.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience in planning and scheduling for plastic injection molding operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems, particularly IQMS software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
