Packaging Operations Supervisor - Neuchâtel, Switzerland

BioTalent is currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical CDMO organisation that are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Packaging Operations Supervisor. As the Packaging Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the product packaging activities whilst leading the technicians and operators within packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including task assignment, team coordination, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality standards. Review packaging records, open and close deviations, and participate in CAPA actions.
• Process Improvement: Promote continuous improvement initiatives, including LEAN principles, and participate in equipment qualification/validation.
• Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of packaging lines, write technical documentation, and act as the MES expert.

Requirements:

• Extensive management experience and experience within pharmaceutical production.
• Oral Solid Dosage Focus: Strong knowledge of manufacturing, packaging, testing, warehousing within OSD.
• Fluent French and good knowledge of English.
• Strong GMP knowledge within the pharma industry.
