National Sales Manager - Germany

Company Overview: Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as the National Sales Manager for their German Affiliate. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead sales efforts and oversee business outcomes for the German market.
  2. Manage the field service team, including Regional and German Key Account Management, serving as a vital link between the sales force and management.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  4. Provide disciplined leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the field service team, both in-person and remotely.
  5. Establish and maintain processes for setting and evaluating sales goals, ensuring performance management in the field.
  6. Drive strategic account management initiatives within the territory.

Qualifications:

  1. Certification according to § 75 AMG 
  2. Minimum of five years' experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  3. At least three years' leadership experience in a pharmaceutical setting, with a focus on coaching, strategic planning, and implementation.
  4. Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of employee development, particularly in account management and networking.
  5. Fluent in German (native speaker level) with proficient English skills.
