Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative instrument systems.
• Develop and evaluate mechanical and mechatronic module variants.
• Conduct feasibility studies, root cause analyses, and design reviews.
• Collaborate with production and product teams to address technical queries.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.

What You Bring

• Degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Instrument or module development (medical devices or similar preferred).
• Medical robotics devices experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical design skills, system integration knowledge, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in design of series production products.
• Experience in Design-to-Cost / Design-to-Manufacturing.
• Experience as technical lead for product development teams
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
