Your Role:
As the Director of Accounts, you will lead a team of Account Managers, steering the growth of key accounts for over 300 customers across the US. Your strategic contributions will be instrumental in driving customer conversion rates, reducing cart abandonment, and directing qualified traffic to our clients' websites.
Please note that this role does not include having your own accounts to manage but has a focus on leading those that do.

Your Role:
As the Director of Accounts, you will lead a team of Account Managers, steering the growth of key accounts for over 300 customers across the US. Please note that this role does not include having your own accounts to manage but has a focus on leading those that do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team that cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring that they secure high renewal rates and sustained revenue growth.
- Act as the go-to person for campaign-related elements, representing the business in key account meetings, procurement negotiations, RFP submissions, and account escalations.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team, Sales Director, and Ad Operations Director for seamless onboarding and effective communication of campaign goals and performance.
Qualifications:
- Over 6 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in building and leading successful teams.
- Programmatic media experience is essential
- Proven track record of renewing and expanding accounts.
- Platform experience with TheTradeDesk, Xandr, StackAdapt, etc.
- Expertise in Strategic Account Mapping and Sales.
- Competency in data analysis and strategic positioning.
- Success in RFP submission and procurement negotiation.
- Experience building reporting and goal-setting teams via Hubspot (Salesforce).
- Strong ability to delegate assignments and tasks to the most appropriate team members.

What we can offer:
- Fixed salary of between $140,000 - $160,000
- Variable yearly bonus of between $20,000 - $40,000 that has the possibility to increase
