Your Role:

As the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales and marketing initiatives, leading a talented team to success. Responsibilities include shaping the company's marketing and sales strategy, implementing scalable commercial processes, and ensuring the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs. This role offers the chance to contribute to product vision and strategies while fostering valuable connections between partners, customers, and internal teams.

Your Profile:

We are seeking candidates with:

• Extensive experience in commercial sales & marketing and IT solutions for life sciences, ideally with exposure to start-up or scale-up environments
• Proven success in customer acquisition, market development, and product sales growth
• Senior management and leadership experience and a proven record in leading projects and teams in marketing, sales and business development
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
• Fluency in English
• Exposure to Clinical Trials and/or Digital Health
