CAPEX Project Manager Role - Biotech Client In North Carolina

Job Description:

Essentially they want a Project Manager with an engineering degree (Chemical Engineering, Capex etc)
They want this person to work closely with the Engineering Vendor, Construction Vendor and also the Equipment Vendor
They don’t need to be an SME in this area (they are mainly looking after process CAPEX engineers) but an understanding/professional history in process engineering or CAPEX helps
They need to know how to create scope of work, budgeting, schedules and deliver to tight deadlines
The project sizes will be between $250,000 and $500,000 all the way up to max $5 Mill but most likely they will have several very small budget Capex projects that they need to complete
They will likely have an overall budget of $7-10Mil to get all of these done
They need to have an understanding of quality, safety, risk management and also stakeholder management
They need regulated industry background of either biotech/pharma or food + Bev
Understanding of process controls
