Job description

BioTalent has team up with a global pharmaceutical company based in Slough who specialise in the development and manufacturing of medications for the treatment of serious health conditions. They are on their search for an Ethics & Compliance Associate Director.

 

In this role you will be leading the implementation and enhancement of a Global Integrity & Compliance Programs with a strong focus on healthcare compliance across the globe.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and evolve healthcare compliance policies, procedures, and controls at both regional and local levels in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and global policies
  • Develop and deliver healthcare compliance training programs for regional and local teams, ensuring completion and proper records management
  • Execute risk-based monitoring and routine checks in line with annual compliance plans; identify compliance vulnerabilities and implement corrective action plans
  • Support investigations into allegations of misconduct and report any compliance concerns
  • Assist in the execution of global integrity and compliance initiatives

 

You will bring the following:

  • You must have strong knowledge of ABPI Code; familiarity with EFPIA and IFPMA Codes
  • Experience in compliance within multiple countries and understanding of country-specific regulations
  • You must have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with majority of this in a regional healthcare compliance role
