Account Manager (Germany)
BioTalent have partnered with an organisation in Germany who are focused on advancing genomics by providing services and solution with innovative NGS & bio informatics expertise. They are looking for multiple Sales Account Managers to join them in Germany and further expand the business.
Taking responsibility for managing accounts within the given region, the successful individuals will be executing strategies associated with sales plans. Whilst this position is a remote role, you will be travelling approximately 50% of the time, meeting with, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, establish and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the territory and specific accounts to achieve the goals of the budget and financial growth of the territory.
- Maintain a current understanding and knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients and customers.
- Manage existing accounts and expand customer base in territory, developing long-term profitable accounts.
- Participate in all sales activities and attend meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Molecular Biology is required (PhD would be advantageous)
- Previous experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) is essential.
- Outstanding listening, verbal and written English communication skills.
- Native or business level German speaking as well as fluent English
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
