BioTalent are proud to be partnered with a growing regulatory consultancy in their search for a dynamic and results-driven VP of Regulatory Affairs.
As a major part of the SLT, you will be responsible for the growth of the RA service provision and help position the business as a leader in the life science industry.

- Developing and implementing departmental strategy.
- Contributing to Board meetings, presenting on departmental strategy, challenges, and plans.
- Leading business development and marketing activities, identifying and creating new opportunities.
- Cultivating client relationships, positioning the business as a strategic partner in providing regulatory advice for diverse product types.
- Managing the Regulatory department P&L, participating in budgeting, providing forecasts, and ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Leading, building, and developing the Regulatory team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Working closely with other departments to create synergies, holistic client solutions, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Demonstrating expertise in regulatory strategies for various product types.
- Defining and developing the company's regulatory service offering throughout the product lifecycle.
- Hiring and developing new, high quality regulatory consultants.
- Acting as a strategic partner for clients, supporting their current and future needs.
- Improving operational efficiency
- Contributing to innovative and strategic decisions within the company.
Qualifications:
- A long track record of experience in regulatory affairs, with expertise in developing and implementing regulatory strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, experience in team development and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the life science industries and regulatory landscape.
