Utilities Engineer – North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

BioTalent are supporting a leading global pharmaceutical organisation which has a strong focus in the development and manufacture of life-changing therapies. This position will be based on the facility that has a focus on the treatment of various cancers and other threatening diseases.
They are looking to develop their team through the hire of a Utilities Engineer. This role involves taking on the responsibility and active supervision of technical building systems in the GMP environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Active supervision of maintenance, repair within: electricity, refrigeration, cooling and vacuum technology.
  • GMP/GDP compliant creation of life cycle documentation, maintenance regulations.
  • Continuous improvement of facilities and processes using Lean tools.
  • Maintenance and continuous development of the EMS system.
Requirements:
  • BSc, MSc or graduate engineer within an engineering discipline.
  • Professional experience in the care of utility facilities.
  • Knowledge in refrigeration technology within industrial plants and a pharmaceutical environment is desirable.
